Our Train the Trainer Program is a course that is specially designed to help trainers understand the fundamentals of adult teaching & learning whilst improving their adult training skills. In this course, you will understand the various functions and techniques that you can use to maintain the interest of your students and to motivate them to progress forward. Learn about the learning needs of adults, planning and developing different types of training and delivering and assessing the success of the training with Train the Trainer Program. The Hotel environment and why continuous training is important and critical 5. Trainer’s competence and characteristics 6. Job profiling and competencies 7. Training Needs Analysis Learning Outcomes : 1. Apply the principles of Adult learning in designing and delivering a training program 2. Identify and design Training Needs Analysis 3. Develop Competency Profiles for Job holders based on Competency Based Training 4. Able to assess a Trainee’s competency level 5.
