Jude Allen
Co-Founder and Trainer
Jude has more than 40 years in the hotel industry and is experienced in operational and administrative areas of the hotel. Jude holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) and Financial Engineering. Previously, Jude served as Area Director of Hilton International, Chief Executive of Radisson Malaysia, Regional Director for Development for Radisson Asia Pacific and Executive Director of Radisson Asia Pacific. Jude has conducted Senior Management Training for Hilton, Radisson and independently managed hotel. He was also a Guest Speaker at Asian Food and Beverage Managers’ Meeting Hilton International, Hilton International Operations Analyst Seminar and a real estate seminar on hotel opportunities in Malaysia. Jude is a certified HRDF Train the Trainer.
I Z Melvin
Co-Founder and Trainer
Melvin has more than 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry especially in the areas of hotel operations and administrations in various capacities. Melvin has gone through the Professional Development Program of Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, University of Manoa, Hawaii, training programmes at Radisson U and Hilton International. Melvin had previously served as General Manager in the past 23 years at various international brands. He had also served senior positions at Genting Group, Regent International, Radisson International, Signforce, Maya Kuala Lumpur and Lumira. Melvin had been involved in several hotel pre-openings and hotel property turnaround engagements locally and internationally. He is a certified HRDF Train the Trainer and RPL Assessor (Recognition of Prior Learning) in upgrading skilled employees to Level 4 Diploma validated by the Great Britain College Consortium (Cardiff & Vale College, Wales; Cornwall College, England: North East Scotland College, Scotland and South West College, Ireland)
